We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our finance team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Updating bank accounts & Credit cards

Bank reconciliations
Cash status report

Opening suppliers & recording invoice & preparing payments aboard

Recording customer payments local & aboard

Aging report & collecting & refund - local & aboard
Recording journal entries

Intercompany reconciliations & Intercompany charges
Preparing VAT reports
Quarterly closing

Contact with external bookkeepers aboard

Job requirements

3+ years of bookkeeping experience

Strong Excel skills

Minimum Level 2-3 Bookkeeping diploma

Experienced with Sap Business 1 – Advantage / Must

English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
